RoyBOOTHOn 9th March 2025, peacefully following a short illness, at his home in Paddock surrounded by his loving family, Roy aged 65 years.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Kathleen, a much loved dad of Mark, Michael and the late Martin, a loving granddad and great-granddad, a dear brother and uncle, also a much loved and special friend of many.

A Funeral Service to Celebrate Roy's life will take place on Friday 11th April 2025 at St Johns Parish Church Golcar at 11.15am followed by Committal at Huddersfield Crematorium Fixby at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please by request, donations if desired may be given to benefit the wonderful work of Kirkwood Hospice, for which a donation box will be placed at both Church and the Crematorium.

Thanks for all the great memories Roy. I'll always remember the champions league final in 99 when you came to our house and brought me down to yours to celebrate 🥂 on a school night 😂 and all the other great times we had watching the football.
You will be truly missed.
